Bollywood actor Jaideep Ahlawat, best known for his exceptional performances in web series like Paatal Lok, has reportedly purchased a brand new apartment in Mumbai. Reports claim the actor, along with his wife Jyoti Hooda, has purchased an apartment in the Andheri West locality of Mumbai. The swanky property located at one of the prime locations is believed to be priced at a hefty Rs. 10 crore. The actor has made his mark through his outstanding performances. He is also regarded as ‘one of the best actors’ of our time by many critics.
After playing several small and supporting roles, he shot to fame for his role in Gangs of Wasseypur and hasn’t turned back ever since. The Raazi actor’s latest luxurious purchase indicates his gradual rise in the ranks and his growing success. 
Jaideep Ahlawat’s new apartment
According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Jaideep, along with his wife, registered the transaction of Rs. 10 crore for the property in May 2025. The transaction is believed to have incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 60 lakh along with registration charges of Rs. 30,000.

The apartment is reportedly situated at a strategic location between Mumbai’s prominent business districts and entertainment zones. Andheri West has excellent connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line. Interestingly, over the years, Andheri West has advanced into a dynamic commercial and residential hub, boasting a lively blend of modern corporate parks, co-working spaces, top retail outlets, entertainment centres, and premium residential complexes. 
The area also features a vibrant atmosphere flaunting its robust infrastructure and proximity to key commercial hubs. This makes it a preferred choice for businesses, celebrities and working professionals. According to the IGR property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, Jaideep’s apartment is located in a residential project known as Poorna Apartments and spans across a carpet area of 1,950 sq. ft. (~181 sq. m.) with a built-up area of 217.47 sq.m. (~2,341 sq.ft). Additionally, the Paatal Lok actor`s new apartment comes with a total of four car parking spaces.

Jaideep Ahlawat is an Indian actor who works in Hindi films and web series. He started his career playing small supporting roles such as Khatta Meetha, Aakrosh among others. However, he gained widespread recognition for his roles in Anurag Kashyap’s crime thriller Gangs of Wasseypur. In 2020, he was seen playing the role of a police officer in the widely acclaimed series Paatal Lok. His portrayal of Hathi Ram Chaudhary in the series was highly appreciated and also won him the Filmfare OTT Award for Best Actor in a Drama Series. He was last seen alongside Saif Ali Khan in the Netflix film Jewel Thief (2025).
